Fairview sliding windows can be either horizontal or vertical sliding. They are perfect for restricted spaces, like above kitchen benches or where protrusion beyond the building is not an option. The windows ride on purpose designed rollers, making for smooth movement without that "rattle" when being opened or closed.

Standard cam locks are used for vertical and horizontal windows. Clearance is unrestricted for both horizontal and vertical sliding windows. Ventilation is excellent, although, as there is no protection from the elements, they need to be closed in bad weather.
